How does the free trial work? Do I need a card?
14 days of full access, and no card is needed to start. On day 15 we ask for one if you want to keep going; nothing is charged before then, and if you don't add one you simply aren't billed. To keep email sending fair during the trial, outreach is capped at 50 sends, enough to run a real test campaign on a small brand list.
What do I need to connect?
For gating and Deal Check: your Amazon Seller Central account, connected through the official SP-API. That's it.
For per-ASIN vetting: a market-data API key (most serious sellers already have one).
For outreach: your Gmail, plus an Apollo account for contact enrichment (the free tier works to start). You bring your own keys, so that budget is yours, not bundled at our markup.
Is the Amazon integration official?
Yes, through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. Connect once via OAuth and Opero3P syncs your fees, inventory and listing data every day. Refresh any ASIN on demand, and disconnect in one click. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

Do I need another research subscription?
No. Keep whatever research tool you already like for picking brands; Opero3P tells you which of those you're gated on and vets the ASINs. And if you'd rather just drop 20,000 ASINs and see what's ungated without another subscription, that works too.
How does the repricer work?
Turn it on per product and pick a strategy, or set one across many products at once. It reacts to competitor price changes within seconds of Amazon's offer alerts, checks every listing every 15 minutes as a backstop, and never prices below your floor: the highest of your minimum ROI, minimum profit and minimum price, worked out from the average landed cost of the units you actually hold. Daily limits cap how far and how often a price can move, every change is logged with the reason, and any change can be undone in one click.

Can I hand the books to my accountant?
Yes. Each month exports as one Excel workbook: P&L summary, SKU profitability, the COGS ledger showing which purchase each sale was costed from, an inventory roll-forward, and categorized overhead from your bank and cards. A Read me tab up front tells your bookkeeper where each number goes. It stands on its own, with no inventory software or accounting file needed alongside it.
Does it work for teams with VAs?
Yes, at the same price. Add multiple logins with role-based access: owner, admin, operations, outreach, sourcing. Each role sees the tabs relevant to their work. No seat fees, no per-VA pricing.
What's Opero Bridge?
A companion Chrome extension included with Opero3P, starting with your 14-day free trial. It opens a panel on any Amazon product page with your gate status, what you paid last time and profit on your own criteria, and lets you save a lead or create a purchase without leaving the page. It needs an Opero3P account to work, and the app works without it.
Is my data safe? What about the bank feeds?
Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud database (Supabase); only you have access via your sign-in. Gmail tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest. Bank and card accounts connect through Plaid with read-only access: Opero3P can never move money, only the workspace owner can connect accounts or see bank lines, and disconnecting deletes the connection. Prefer not to connect? Import statements as CSV instead. You can export everything and delete everything at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account or by emailing support. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until the end of your billing period.
