These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Opero3P ("Service"), operated by Quickmitts LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Opero3P is a SaaS tool designed to help Amazon third-party sellers track cash back, margins, inventory, and payouts. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Opero3P currently uses Google sign-in for authentication. You must use a valid Google account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and all activity that occurs under your Opero3P account. Notify us immediately at sellerstack3p@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A payment method is collected at signup but is not charged during the trial period. After the 14-day trial ends, the plan you selected at signup will begin billing. You may cancel before day 15 to avoid being charged. Your data is retained during and after the trial.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Opero3P. We do not claim any rights to your business data. You may export your data at any time using the JSON backup export feature in Settings, and you may copy purchase data for use in external sheets via the Prep Center Export feature. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime from time to time. We will endeavor to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Financial data and calculations in the app are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opero3P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, though your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
