Common questions

How do I connect my Amazon seller account?
Open Settings inside Opero3P and choose Connect Amazon. You will be taken to Amazon Seller Central to authorise the connection, then returned to Opero3P. Opero3P uses Amazon’s official Selling Partner API and never asks for your Seller Central password.
What does Opero3P do with my Amazon data?
It reads your catalogue, inventory, orders, fees, financial events, account health, selling eligibility, and the offers on your listings, and uses them to produce your dashboards, cost tracking, pricing, and reports. Your data is never sold or shared with other sellers. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Will Opero3P change my listings or my prices?
Only if you use the Repricer. Opero3P never edits your listings, and it changes a price only when the owner or an admin confirms a price change, or when you turn on automatic pricing for products you have switched on. Prices never go below the floor worked out from your own costs and limits, every change is logged, and you can pause all price changes or put a price back at any time. If you don’t use the Repricer, Opero3P only reads from your account.
How do I set up the Repricer?
Go to Growth → Repricer. Under Strategies, set your minimum and target profit (this sets every product’s floor). Under Products, pick a strategy for each product (Auto is a good start) and switch it on. Then press Turn automatic on at the top. It checks the switched-on products every 15 minutes; switch on Fast reactions to respond within a minute or two when a competitor changes price.
Why didn’t my price change?
Click the product’s name in the Repricer and read “Last automatic check”: it says what happened and why. Common reasons: it is already at its floor, you already hold the Buy Box, several sellers share the Buy Box at the same price (the Repricer won’t start a race to the bottom), the product isn’t switched on, a daily safety limit was reached, or automatic pricing is off or paused.
How do I stop or undo a price change?
To stop everything, press Pause all price changes at the top of the Repricer. To put one product back, go to Repricer → Activity and press Revert on its latest change. Revert works even while price changes are paused.
How do I hand my books to my bookkeeper?
Sort the month’s lines in Bank & Cards, then go to Growth → P&L, pick the month and press Accountant Pack. It downloads one Excel workbook with a Read me, P&L summary, SKU profitability, cost of goods ledger, inventory roll-forward and overhead. Point your bookkeeper at the Read me tab first. Set Books start (next to the button) once, to the first month your books run from Opero3P.
How do I find refunds Amazon should have reimbursed?
Go to Owner → Discrepancies. Opero3P matches every refunded order to its customer return and to any reimbursement for that order, and sorts them: Owed (never came back, never paid, 60+ days), Damaged by Amazon (came back damaged by Amazon’s warehouse or the carrier, not paid), Probably not owed, Waiting (under 60 days), and the ones that are fine. Needs a case shows only the orders worth chasing that you haven’t dealt with yet.
How do I file a reimbursement case from Discrepancies?
Click File case on the order. The panel opens Seller Central for you and lists the exact clicks: FBA Returns Reimbursement → Request Reimbursement for an Order, paste the order ID, then Contact an associate and paste the ready-made message if Amazon answers automatically. Copy buttons are next to the order ID, ASIN and message. Paste the case ID Amazon gives you back into the panel and press Save as filed; it is also added to your Cases list. When Amazon answers, press Update and mark it Paid, Denied (with what they said) or Dismiss.
Why is an order marked “Probably not owed”?
It is a deferred-payment order that was refunded within a week of the sale. Amazon usually treats these as cancelled before delivery and does not reimburse them, so Opero3P keeps them out of Needs a case. You can still file a case from the row if you want Amazon to confirm. An order marked Back in stock is one Amazon paid for and then took back because the customer’s late return arrived; the unit went back into your inventory, so nothing is owed.
How do I keep returns and reimbursements up to date?
Once a month, download two reports from Seller Central: Reports → Fulfillment → Customer Concessions → Returns, and Reports → Fulfillment → Payments → Reimbursements. In Opero3P, use Import from report on the Owner → Returns and Owner → Reimbursements tabs. Overlapping dates are fine: anything already in Opero3P is skipped. Then press Re-check on Discrepancies. Your P&L doesn’t depend on these imports; refunds and reimbursement payments come from your Amazon payments automatically.
How do I see which brands opened up for me?
Go to Sourcing → Brands & ASINs. Every brand you’ve scanned that was gated is re-checked against your own Amazon account once a week, overnight, at no Keepa cost. Anything that became ungated or approval-available shows on the Newly sellable card at the top, with the date it changed and Amazon’s apply link, and a 🆕 badge on the tab tells you when there’s something new. Use Open in Scanner to vet those products, or 🆕 Filter list to narrow the brand list to them. The Lost access section warns you about products you could sell that are now gated.
What’s the difference between First time and Back in stock on Storefronts?
Both are products a watched seller added since the last daily check. 🆕 First time means Opero3P has never seen that product on their storefront before: it’s a fresh find. 🔁 Back in stock means they carried it before, sold out, and restocked it, which tells you it sells well enough for them to rebuy.
Can I disconnect my Amazon account?
Yes, at any time from Settings inside Opero3P, or by revoking access from Seller Central under Apps and Services. Revoking access stops all further data collection immediately.
Can my virtual assistants use Opero3P?
Yes, and at no extra cost. Team members are given role-scoped access, so operational staff can do their work without seeing your costs, margins, pay rates, or payouts. Roles are configured in Settings.
How do I export my data?
Settings includes a full JSON backup export. Purchase, sales, and accounting data can also be exported as CSV from their respective sections, and each month’s books export as one Excel workbook (the Accountant Pack) for your bookkeeper.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From within the app, or through the Stripe billing portal linked in Settings. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Terms of Service for full billing detail.
Do I need a Keepa subscription?
No. Opero3P works without one. Connecting Keepa improves per-ASIN vetting by adding historical pricing and sales-rank data, but gating checks, cost tracking, and reporting all work without it.
