These are the tools I personally use to run my Amazon FBA business alongside Opero3P. Real recommendations from someone who pays for them — not generic affiliate spam.
Note: There are great credit cards, cashback portals, and other FBA tools out there — but those recommendations are best from your own trusted seller groups, who understand your specific situation. The tools below are the ones I genuinely use to round out the Opero3P workflow.
150+ lessons taking you from LLC formation through to hands‑off operations, plus the operational side almost nobody teaches — reimbursement audits, bookkeeping, tax, prep centres, hiring VAs. Lifetime access, one price, and new chapters are included as the curriculum grows.
Why it’s in my stack: The parts most courses skim are the parts Seth goes deepest on. The reimbursement material alone pays for the program — that money is sitting in your account whether or not you ever go and claim it. And the live group calls are recorded, transcribed and searchable, so an answer you got in March is still findable in September.
The industry standard for Amazon product history. Keepa shows you historical price charts, sales rank trends, buy-box data, and seller counts on any ASIN. If you're doing serious arbitrage or wholesale, Keepa is non-negotiable.
Why it’s in my stack: Price and rank history is how you tell a real opportunity from a spike. Opero3P connects to Keepa with your own API key, so vetting an ASIN pulls Buy Box, seller counts and rank onto the row without leaving the app — your subscription covers it, and there’s no markup on top.
All-in-one tool for listing creation, shipment building, accounting, and reporting. It pulls your Amazon sales data and turns it into clean P&L reports, tracks COGS at scale, and makes shipment workflows way less painful than doing it manually in Seller Central.
Why it's in my stack: Opero3P focuses on cashback tracking and true margin. Inventory Lab handles the operational side — getting products listed, getting shipments out the door, and keeping the books straight for taxes. They cover different problems.
Free Chrome extension I built specifically to feed Amazon's FBA Calculator data directly into Opero3P. One click pulls FBA fee, referral fee, storage cost, and product details — no more copy-paste from Amazon's calculator page.
Why it's in my stack: Honestly because I built it, but I built it because I needed it. The Amazon FBA Calculator is great data, but typing fees into a spreadsheet every time is a pain. Opero Bridge eliminates that step.
Brand-level data on who sells what — revenue estimates, seller counts, category share, and which brands have few or no FBA sellers on their listings. It searches the Amazon catalogue by brand rather than by product, which is the right way round when you’re sourcing wholesale.
Why it’s in my stack: It’s where my brand lists start, and the handoff is the useful part. Filter SmartScout down to the brands worth approaching, export the list, drop the CSV straight into Opero3P — it checks every one against your own selling eligibility and pulls them into outreach. No retyping brand names into a spreadsheet. Use code OPERO3P for 25% off your first three months.
Finds the actual person at a brand — name, title, verified email — instead of the info@ address that goes nowhere. The free tier covers 75 enrichments a month, which is enough to work through a brand list without paying anything.
Why it’s in my stack: Wholesale outreach fails at the contact step more often than the pitch step. Add your Apollo key to Opero3P and you can enrich a whole brand list in place — select the brands, pull names, titles and verified emails, then drop them straight into a campaign. The contacts land on the brand record, so the next time you look at that brand the person is already there.
Some links above are affiliate links — Inventory Lab, SmartScout, Apollo and FBA+ Academy. If you sign up or make a purchase through them, I earn a commission at no additional cost to you. I only recommend tools and programs I personally use and pay for myself. The Keepa link is a regular link with no affiliate relationship. Opero Bridge is free.
The tools I actually use, from sourcing decisions through to true margin after every fee. Opero3P pulls it together on the cost, cashback and gating side.
