The Best Online Arbitrage Tools in 2026: What I Used, What I Cancelled, and Why My Overhead Is Now Just Keepa

By Rob Fogarty, Amazon FBA seller (OA and wholesale) and founder of Opero3P · Prices checked October 2026

When I started selling on Amazon, I did what most new sellers do: every time I hit a problem, I signed up for another tool. A sourcing scanner. A profit calculator. A repricer. Then a different repricer, because the first one wasn't working the way I wanted. Then bookkeeping software. Then a lead service.

At my peak I was paying just over $400 a month in subscriptions: SellerAmp, Seller 365 (Tactical Arbitrage and InventoryLab), ArbiSource, Nepeto, 3P Mercury, BuyBotPro, Seller Assistant, Arbitrage Hero, QuickBooks, and I jumped back and forth between Aura and BQool trying to find a repricer that actually worked for me.

For a new seller, that overhead was too much. Every one of those tools did one thing well, but none of them talked to each other, and I was the glue holding them together with spreadsheets.

So I built my own system. Today my only tool subscription is Keepa.

This is an honest rundown of the tools I used, what each one is good at, what it costs today, and where it fit (or didn't) for an OA and wholesale seller. I built one of the tools on this list, so read my section on it with that in mind. I've tried to be fair to everyone else.

Keepa: the one I still pay for

Best for: knowing whether a product actually sells.

Keepa is the foundation of nearly every sourcing decision. Price history, sales rank drops, Buy Box history, how many sellers came and went: if you don't look at Keepa before you buy, you're guessing. It's also what powers a lot of other tools behind the scenes.

Why I kept it: nothing replaces the data itself. Opero3P uses your own Keepa API key for vetting, storefront watching and bulk checks rather than reselling the data at a markup, so I still pay Keepa directly, and I'm happy to.

Worth knowing: a regular Keepa subscription comes with an API key, so Opero3P works with the Keepa plan you probably already have. If you scan a lot of products, Keepa's faster API plan (about $59 a month) is a nice upgrade: its tokens refresh much faster, so big scans and daily storefront watching run quicker. Either way, my tool cost today is Opero3P plus Keepa, a fraction of the $400+ I was paying before.

SellerAmp SAS

Best for: quick, single-product profit and eligibility checks while you browse.

SellerAmp is the extension a lot of OA sellers start with, and for good reason. Open a product, type in your cost, and you get profit, ROI, eligibility and a quick read on competition. It's fast and it's affordable at the entry level.

Why I moved on: it answers "is this one product good?" very well, but my purchases, costs, prep fees and actual profit lived somewhere else. I wanted the check and the record in the same place. Now I do single-product checks with Bob for Chrome, our free Chrome extension, and when I buy, the purchase lands in my books with the cost and source already filled in.

Seller 365 (Tactical Arbitrage + InventoryLab)

Best for: sellers who want deep bulk scanning of retail websites.

Tactical Arbitrage is the heavyweight for scanning retail and wholesale sites against Amazon. InventoryLab handles listing, cost tracking and accounting. Both are now sold together in the Seller 365 bundle.

How it compares: Tactical Arbitrage queues big scheduled crawls across its list of supported sites, and you wait for the results. Opero3P takes a different approach: open any retail or supplier page and it scans every product on it right there, matches them to Amazon and runs your gating and profit checks in one go. For how I source, that's much faster.

Why I moved on: I was paying for a bundle and using parts of it, while still exporting data into spreadsheets to get my real numbers.

Arbitrage Hero

Best for: sellers who want matching, deal alerts and a repricer in one lower-priced package.

Arbitrage Hero matches retail products to Amazon listings and includes a repricer and inventory tracking. It's one of the few that tries to be all-in-one at a lower price.

Where it differs from what I needed: my problem wasn't just finding deals, it was knowing my true profit after every Amazon fee, catching reimbursements, and keeping books my accountant could actually use.

Seller Assistant

Best for: a fast extension plus supplier price-list analysis.

Seller Assistant packs a lot into its extension, and the price-list analyzer is genuinely useful for wholesale: drop in a supplier's catalog and see what's worth buying.

BuyBotPro

Best for: automated deal analysis with risk checks.

BuyBotPro runs a checklist on each deal: profit, ROI, IP complaint risk, hazmat and more. Good for newer sellers who want a second opinion before they buy.

Nepeto

Best for: sellers who'd rather receive pre-filtered leads than hunt for them.

Nepeto filters deals against Keepa data and hands you a dashboard of leads. Convenient, but it's one of the pricier monthly costs on this list.

3P Mercury

Best for: resellers who want operations and P&L in one place.

3P Mercury covers buy lists, receiving, FBA shipping and P&L. It's the closest in spirit to what I built, and worth a look if you want an all-in-one.

Aura and BQool (repricers)

Best for: automated repricing.

I went back and forth between these two. Aura is algorithmic and aggressive about winning the Buy Box; BQool is cheaper and more rule-based. Both are solid.

What I kept running into: a repricer only knows the floor you type in. If your cost per unit changes (new purchase, prep fees, freight), the floor doesn't, unless you remember to update it. That's how sellers end up winning the Buy Box at a loss.

QuickBooks Online

Best for: general small-business bookkeeping.

QuickBooks is the standard for a reason, but it doesn't understand Amazon on its own. Settlements, fees, refunds and reimbursements all need to be mapped, usually by hand or with yet another connector.

Opero3P: what I built (and where it fits)

Best for: OA and wholesale sellers who are tired of paying for five tools that don't talk to each other.

Opero3P is the system I run my own store on. Here's what it replaced for me:

Where it doesn't fit (yet): it's US marketplace only. And it scans the pages you choose rather than running big unattended crawls overnight, so if you rely on scheduled crawls of hundreds of sites while you sleep, that's a different workflow.

Price: $79/month, everything included (you bring your own Keepa key, which comes with a regular Keepa subscription), with a 14-day free trial and no card needed. Launch offer: use code LAUNCH59 at checkout for $59/month your first 3 months (valid through December 31, 2026).

So which tools do you actually need?

FAQ

What is the best online arbitrage tool in 2026? There isn't one best tool for everyone. Keepa is essential for almost every seller. Beyond that, pick based on how you source: scheduled bulk crawls (Tactical Arbitrage), fast on-page site scanning plus everything after the buy (Opero3P), single-product checks (SellerAmp, Seller Assistant, or the free Bob for Chrome extension), pre-filtered leads (Nepeto), or an all-in-one system (Opero3P, 3P Mercury, Arbitrage Hero).

How much do online arbitrage tools cost per month? Individual tools run from about $20 to $90 a month each. Many sellers end up stacking several. I was paying just over $400 a month before I consolidated. Today it's just Opero3P plus my Keepa subscription.

Do I need Keepa if I use another sourcing tool? Almost always, yes. Many tools rely on Keepa data, and the price and rank history is what tells you whether a product actually sells.

What's the best repricer for arbitrage sellers? The one that knows your real cost per unit. A repricer with a floor you typed in months ago can win the Buy Box at a loss.

How do I reach out to brands for wholesale accounts? Email them from your own address, follow up two or three times, and track who replied. Opero3P runs this as campaigns from your Gmail: it paces sends to protect your inbox, stops following up the moment a brand replies, and sorts the replies so the interested ones come first.

How do I track what other sellers are adding to their storefronts? Save their seller IDs to a watch list and check it daily. Opero3P does this automatically every morning and shows only the products each seller added since the last check, so you're not scrolling through hundreds of old listings. It uses one Keepa token per seller per day.

Can I check if I'm ungated on a whole list of ASINs at once? Yes. Opero3P checks gating on every ASIN in a Keepa export, storefront export or supplier catalog against your own Amazon account.

How do I find Amazon reimbursements I'm owed? Match every refunded order to its return and any reimbursement. Anything refunded that never came back and was never paid may be claimable, but Amazon generally only accepts claims within 120 days of the refund, and it denies most customer-damaged returns.
