By Rob Fogarty, Amazon FBA seller (OA and wholesale) and founder of Opero3P · October 2026
I ask Claude things all day. What I couldn't do until now was ask it about my business: what a product really costs me after freight and prep, which purchases are still sitting at the prep center, or why the Buy Box moved on a listing yesterday. That data lives in Opero3P, not in a chat window.
So I built a connector. Now I open Claude, ask a question in plain English, and it looks the answer up in my own Opero3P workspace.
What it can answer
These are the kinds of questions I actually ask it:
- "What's my true landed cost on this ASIN, and what's left after Amazon's fees at today's price?"
- "Which purchases from the last 60 days have been received but not shipped to Amazon?"
- "What were my five best sellers by profit last month?"
- "Who has held the Buy Box on this listing this week, and who led each price drop?"
- "Which suppliers have I spent the most with this quarter?"
Claude doesn't guess. It calls Opero3P, gets the numbers from my workspace, and answers from them. When the data isn't there, it says so.
What Claude can see
The connector gives Claude read-only look-ups into one workspace:
| Look-up | What it returns |
|---|---|
| Cost of goods | True landed cost per unit: what you paid, plus freight, prep and other costs, from the units you actually hold |
| Purchases and purchase orders | What you bought, from whom, received and shipped quantities |
| Inventory | Sellable, inbound and reserved units |
| Sales | Daily sales by ASIN |
| Catalog and suppliers | Your products and the suppliers behind them |
| Repricer and Bob | Price changes and their results, competitor history, restock timelines and sourcing signals |
Changes stay in your hands
By default the connection is read-only. If you also allow changes, Claude can only prepare one, like a new price on a listing. Nothing happens on Amazon until you open Opero3P and confirm it, and the same floor and safety checks apply as for any other price change.
How to connect it
- In Opero3P: Settings → Connections → Claude connector, and copy the URL (
https://www.opero3p.com/mcp). - In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it Opero and paste the URL.
- Sign in to Opero3P when asked and approve the connection.
You need to be the owner or an admin of the workspace, and a Claude plan that allows custom connectors. Every connection is listed in Settings, and you can cut any of them off with one click.
Privacy, plainly
The data Claude reads goes to your own Claude account. Opero3P stores only a one-way fingerprint of the connection's long-lived token, never the token itself, and access tokens expire after an hour. The details are in the privacy policy.
FAQ
Can Claude change my Amazon prices? Only if you allow changes, and even then it can only prepare a change. You confirm it in Opero3P before anything happens.
Does Claude see other sellers' data? No. The connection is to one workspace, and every look-up is scoped to it.
What do I need? An Opero3P workspace where you're the owner or an admin, and a Claude plan that supports custom connectors.
How do I disconnect it? Settings → Connections → Claude connector → Disconnect. It stops working immediately.
Opero3P is my company.
